Maddie Grusssendorf is the Director of Marketing, Technology and Innovation at GoldOller, a Multifamily owner and operator headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.

When NAA Apartmentalize announced that the 2024 conference would be in Philadelphia, GoldOller decided to 'paint the town gold' according to Maddie.

I'll tell you as an attendee as well as a follower on LinkedIn - GoldOller absolutely stole the show this year.

In this episode, Maddie and I dug into the idea, strategy, and execution that went into pulling off such a strong showing for GoldOller at the NAA Apartmentalize conference.

We also talked through the important of strong vendor partnerships and some specific aspects that make GoldOller unique. I specifically loved hearing about their A-Team.
